Mini-cruises for locals

We know that feeling stuck in town can make you feel like you are loosing out on your Svalbard adventure. Therefore, we are considering offering short cruises out of Longyearbyen during the summer months of the 2026 season.

Enjoy Svalbard with us the way boat owners do! We move from anchorage to anchorage, offer all meals on board, and can set you ashore when you would like to explore on foot. Would you need a guide? Let us know below.

Our yacht - Ylva

We operate a beautiful, classic 65' yacht. On board we have a beautiful, large saloon where you can enjoy your meals, read, relax and make new friends. On deck we have a wood-fired hot tub that we fill with seawater.

Our cabins are very cozy, with shower and toilets in each one. If you want a special experience we recommend the aft double cabins with windows overlooking our wake.

We offer delicious meals on board prepared by our professional crew.

After adventures on shore, coming back to Ylva will feel like coming home.

Our two rear cabins (nos. 3 and 4) both have double beds and generous storage space. Waking in the morning to the view of the sea is unforgettable.

Comfort for everyone

All cabins have private bathrooms and heads (one share with the guide cabin). Warm duvets, blankets, towels and toiletry is provided.

Nature provides

We are proud of our Norwegian food culture, and the abundance that nature provides in the sea.

Our guests will at the very least enjoy the bounty with us through our menu composed with love. If we are lucky, we may even catch our own dinner, and you can learn how to cook the Norwegian way.
